Do you want to return an item?
You ordered from us, but you don't like the product or you received a damaged item? No problem!

Our return policy
You can return unworn items to us within 14 days. Once we receive your return, you will receive an email confirmation. After inspecting the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded (minus a return shipping fee of typically €5.99) to your original payment method. Processing and refunds may take up to 7 days. Please see our return policy for further information.

What you can't return
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and sent back to us in their original packaging, including the tags. Of course, it's fine to try on an item, just as you would in a store, but please do not wear items you intend to return.

Items that have been clearly worn, damaged, or washed are excluded from a refund or exchange.

Returns from abroad
We do not provide a return label for items shipped from abroad. Please note that you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad.
